Harry
Harry has worked as an IT trainer for over 30 years. He is a Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) and specialises in the comprehensive range of Microsoft Office packages. His particular area of expertise lies with Word, PowerPoint and Publisher training. A keen cinema enthusiast, he produces the monthly magazine for the Cinema Theatre Association.

Pam has been training in a commercial capacity for nearly 20 years, during which time her product knowledge has increased to cover over 30 software packages. Her particular area of expertise lies in Access & Excel up to advanced level as well as Database design. Her extensive IT knowledge, coupled with her teaching skills means she is extremely popular with clients.
Jilly
Jilly's enviable soft skills training reputation has been earned over 25 years. Prior to her training career Jilly ran her own successful business for many years and so is well placed to offer training and consultancy in management, leadership and personal development. Jilly has trained throughout the UK, Europe, USA, Russia and the Far East.
Moira
Moira has been designing and delivering IT training for over 20 years specialising in Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design and Web Design. Delivering training on most of the Adobe, Quark and Corel software packages up to an advanced level on both PC and Mac. Her expertise lies in tailoring courses to specific needs.
Joanna
Jo’s career within the IT industry spans 25 years. She specialises in SAGE Accountancy software and as an approved SAGE Agent, she offers consultancy and support in the full range of SAGE software. Having previously worked within the Accountancy Industry, Jo's financial and accountancy expertise, enable her to deliver customer focused training solutions of an exceptionally high standard.
Paul
Before joining Chel as Sales Director in 1995, Paul worked within the HR & Training division of Yorkshire Electricity, where he co-ordinated company wide training initiatives. Having sourced and evaluated a broad spectrum of Training Providers, Paul has a sound understanding of client needs within the context of staff development.
