All of our Microsoft trainers are Microsoft Office User Specialists, (MOUS Certified), combining in-depth and up to date knowledge of Microsoft applications with excellent teaching skills.

- Adapt your existing knowledge of Microsoft Office to the new 2010 environment and maximise the potential of your new software

- PowerPoint Introduction
- Introduces the basic concepts of presentations and allows the delegate to create and edit slide shows using a variety of content types

- PowerPoint Advanced
- Looks deeper into producing professional PowerPoint show, including customising consistent templates and interactivity

- Outlook Introduction
- Introduces the features and concepts of email and the organisational features of Outlook

- Outlook Advanced
- Enables users to work more efficiently by customising and controlling Outlook, including Rules and integration

- Access Introduction
- Introduces the workings and concepts of relational databases in Access, including select queries, forms and reports

- Access Advanced
- Upon completion, delegates will be able to design a database and enhance functionality with advanced queries and macros

- Publisher Introduction
- Upon completion of this course delegates will be able to produce professional looking publications including posters, flyers, booklets and newsletters

- Project Introduction
