solutions. Whether you are sourcing a one-day course for one person or a
comprehensive program of training to be rolled out companywide, the following pointers
may help you to make substantial savings and stretch your training budget that
little bit further.
Group Discounts
If you are able to release several members of staff at a
time, all requiring the same training, you can qualify for substantial group
discounts for standard public courses, closed courses and customised courses.
If you are able to send the maximum of eight delegates, the unit price for
public and closed courses is only £90 per
person, and for customised training £100 per person. As part of their individual training
package each delegate receives Joining Instructions prior to attendance, a
comprehensive course manual, course certificate, and lunch and refreshments, as
well as access to a post-course Help-Line facility on completion of their
training.
If you require ten or more delegate days of training on
public Microsoft Office courses, subscribing to our Training Voucher Scheme
will save your organisation a considerable chunk of its training budget. By
purchasing training vouchers in advance, you can secure a discounted daily rate
per person. For
those organisations who are unable to release larger groups of staff in one go
to secure group discounts, our Voucher Scheme provides a flexible and
cost-effective approach to standard Microsoft training.
If you have several members of staff to train and your
facilities allow, on-site training is by far the most cost-effective training
solution available to you. We charge a set fee to send a trainer to your premises
with no restriction placed on delegate numbers. Working with an optimum group
size of eight, a daily rate of £56
per person can be secured. In addition, as a closed course, the content can be
tailored to meet the specific needs of the individuals concerned at no
additional charge. Course manuals to accompany the training can be supplied for
a small additional charge and upon completion of their training, each delegate
has access to our post-course Help-Line facility.
If your training requirements are a little more ad-hoc and
your company has the flexibility to release staff at relatively short notice,
our late availability discounts on public courses enable you to make
substantial savings when sourcing training for one or two people. We publicise
late availability training within each monthly issue of Update for the
forthcoming month or you can check out our Late Availability section on our website. Often there may only be one or two
places available, so its advisable to contact us as soon as possible to reserve
places.
