We wanted to work with an IT training provider who could respond to specific identified training needs, rather than sell us an "off the shelf package" and Training 26 does this and more. Your partnership approach to assisting with our Training Needs Analysis,
establishing the content of the modular workshop sessions and the delivery of
the training has been exactly what we were looking for. In addition I must
compliment you on the very high standard of training delivery and special
mention must go to Harry who has proved to be an extremely popular and competent
trainer.
The results of the focussed workshop approach on key skills areas have been clearly demonstrated by the substantial reduction in the number of queries and requests for user support coming through to the Corporate Services and Information Services teams.
