At Training 26, there is always a friendly but professional voice at the end of the phone. The thought of sitting in a room all day, listening to someone tell us how to use a certain program in great detail can be daunting for most people, but you ensure that the training can be fun and enjoyable at the same time.
On a personal note I would like to thank you for all your help and support in arranging the training and meeting the teams' specific needs. It has made my job a lot easier and I have received very positive feedback from everyone who has attended.
