"I'd never used any kind of desktop publishing programs before, and the course was excellent. The trainer was able to adapt elements of the course to suit our own needs, and had prepared training materials specifically to meet our requirements. She showed us how to produce materials from scratch, teaching us how to include text, logos and pictures and manipulate them to suit the type of publication and audience.

Since going on the course, I have produced leaflets, business cards, newsletters, posters and a brochure for the charity I work for. I would not have been able to create these if I had not developed the skills I learnt on the course. after the course I felt confident in using the skills I had learnt.

The trainer was obviously an expert at what she did, which meant she was able to answer all my queries. However she was still able to explain to me as a complete beginner how to achiev the results I wanted."
