I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the excellent standard of service that Training 26 continues to provide to our organisation.
Many of our staff have attended courses at Training 26, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and PowerPoint. The feedback from delegates has always been extremely positive in terms of the course content and facilities available at your centre. Your trainers are described as knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly, making the courses interesting and enjoyable. As a result, all our staff have been able to utilise their new skills easily and the workbooks provided, although very useful, have not been needed, which stands as testament to the quality of the training.
On a more personal note, I have always found the administrative side of arranging the courses, such as checking on course availability and the issuing of Joining Instructions, to be very efficient. Your staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole process quick and simple.
We have taken advantage of your services for a number of years now and I am certain we will continue to do so, as it would be difficult to find a comparable supplier offering such high standards of service as well as value for money.
