PowerPoint Shows
| When you save a PowerPoint file in the regular format you have to launch PowerPoint itself and then press F5 to launch into the presentation. | |

To make your start more professional choose File + Save As, choose PowerPoint Show from the File Type drop down and click OK.
If you add the file or a shortcut to the file to your desktop, you can then double click on the icon and it will launch the presentation at slide one without having to launch PowerPoint. |
