Absence Management
Upon completion of the training course delegates will understand essential elements of the law surrounding absence, be able to recognise the difference between sickness and non-attendance and be able to formulate plans to manage both. They will acquire skills to understand how to limit unnecessary absence, use company absence procedures, be able to practice key skills in controlling absence and be able to understand the impact of their own management style in potential conflict situations.
