Description:                 Coaching is now recognised as a key tool for leaders who want to get the most out of their staff. It is about helping people to realise their potential and maximise their own performance by building on what they already know.

Objectives:                  Upon completion of the course delegates will understand the role of a coach and a mentor.  They will have acquired a knowledge of how to help people understand themselves, be able to set their own goals and discover from their own experiences how improved performance is possible for them.
